i dont dislike them, but when youre feeling a bit fat they are the enemy, which is why mine hangs on the back of the bedroom door,tucked out of the way. i dont stand infront of them for ages posing, checking my butt and holding my belly in, to try to feel better because there is no escaping the reflection, no matter what angle you take.

yesterday i said i was going to do the shopping for the next 3 weeks.

it was going really well untill...... i saw the custard doughnuts.

i hardly ever see them in the shops and couldnt resist. when i got home i ate 3. one after the other. they are so nice. but i didnt buy any chocolate.

today im planning my next 3 weeks.

top of the list is the food. im going to buy all the meat we need in 1 go. i have to go quite a way to get it though as meat here is expensive. a pack of 4 chicken breasts costs £5.00! and fresh mince is £6.00 for 2 regular packs. not so bad. it also makes great burgers.

i dont know why, but yesterday i made the biggest chocolate cake. this monster has 3,000 calories in it, half a pack of real buter and oil......but i love it.
